When you join the MOVA Talent Network we collect the information you provide in the application: contact details, location, professional area, skills, experience, résumé, English self-assessment, availability, compensation expectation, and CNPJ/PJ status.

When a company contacts us we collect the details submitted in the company form: name, work email, company, website, and the requirements described for the role.

Candidate information is used for recruiting and talent-matching purposes: reviewing your profile, contacting you about opportunities that may match it, and — when appropriate — presenting your profile to a prospective client.

Company information is used to understand hiring needs and to respond to the request.

Candidate profiles are private. They are not published, not publicly searchable, and not browsable by other visitors or by companies without a specific, appropriate context.

Compensation expectations are never displayed publicly.

Company records and candidate records are stored separately.

We record the consents you give at the time of submission, along with the date and the version of this policy in effect.

You may ask us to review, correct, or remove your information at any time by contacting MOVA.
